* All Offensive and Defensive positions will receive position-specific ELITE training from Former Division I and NFL players and coaches

* Learn the proper methods & techniques needed to perform the 5-10-5, the 40-yard dash, vertical jump & broad jump

* Participate in a weight-lifting session to learn proper lifting mechanics so that you get the most out of your workouts & how to prevent injury
